Levrack Cancellation / Return Policy

Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee applies to canceled orders, returns, or exchanges.

Order Modifications: Customers must notify Obsessed Garage/Levrack within 10 business days of the scheduled shipment date to modify an order.

Payment Terms: If payment terms are not established with Levrack, orders not paid within 10 business days of the scheduled ship date may be canceled by Levrack.

Shipment & Pickup Date Changes: Levrack reserves the right to decline customer-requested shipment or pickup date changes made within 10 business days of the scheduled date.

Holding Fees: A 2.5% holding fee per day may be charged for shipment or pickup date change requests within the specified time window.

Damaged or Missing Products: Any damaged or missing products must be reported within 60 days of receipt. Within this timeframe, you may choose to have Levrack replace the damaged product at no cost or keep the component and receive a partial refund or credit (up to 30%) of the retail list price. 

After 60 days, if you wish to replace the damaged product, Levrack has the right to charge you for shipping the returned item and the new product.
